The Packers’ signal-caller has accrued over 55,000 passing yards and 449 passing touchdowns since taking the reins from fellow Packers legend Brett Favre in 2008. The four-time MVP is still is at the top of his game — Rodgers notched 4,115 passing yards and 37 passing touchdowns to just four interceptions in 2021, his age-38 season. Here’s a breakdown of Rodgers’ net worth, which includes money made in 2022 and over the course of his career, plus endorsements and business dealings:

How much does Aaron Rodgers make in 2022?

At first glance, Rodgers’ contract seems fairly insignificant. He’s earning just $1,150,000 in base salary. However, Rodgers’ deal is laden with other elements that bump up his price point. For starters, his roster bonus, or the money Rodgers makes for being a member of the Packers’ active roster, is $40,800,000, according to Spotrac. All of that money is fully guaranteed for Rodgers, written off as a signing bonus. That means Rodgers will actually rake in $42 million in 2022. A pretty penny, for sure.

Rodgers re-upped his deal with Green Bay in March after months of speculation regarding the QB’s future.

Nonetheless, here are the details for Rodgers’ newest contract:

Salary

Rodgers is set to make $1,150,000 in base salary in 2022, according to Spotrac. He will receive a roster bonus of $40.8 million, with about $26 million of that coming by way of a signing bonus.

Individual incentives

Rodgers’ has shied away from incentive-laden deals in previous contract negotiations with the Packers. He earned $300,000 in incentive money in 2021 after finishing top of the league in the following categories:
