Rodgers’ new deal looks set to keep him in Green Bay’s green-and-yellow for the remainder of his career. Rodgers told reporters that he didn’t “fear retirement” or “moving on” at the NFL Honors back in February.

Rodgers is set to make $1,150,000 in base salary in 2022, according to Spotrac. He will receive a roster bonus of $40.8 million, with about $26 million of that coming by way of a signing bonus.
Rodgers’ has shied away from incentive-laden deals in previous contract negotiations with the Packers. He earned $300,000 in incentive money in 2021 after finishing top of the league in the following categories:
