Anonymous, 3 hours agoWhat would Nintendo get from that?Money. iPhones are the most popular phones amongst casuals and people who don’t tinker. Even though Android, we have John GBA, Dolphin, etc, Apple has nothing. Nintendo makes ROM files (or cloud-based using AWS or something) that you have to pay to either own them or via subscription like Nintendo Online and boom: money.
I personally wouldn’t be a fan but you have to admit, Nintendo could do wonders with this collaboration. It’s even future-proof since they could start with GBA/GBC and NES games to work their way into SNES and even get Sega to make money with Genesis.

Aacro X, 13 hours agoTook them too long but Is anyone actually emulating in an iPhone?You can use it to play games. Emulation isn’t needed.

Wouldn’t it be nuts if this was the start of Apple collaborating with Nintendo to offer official Nintendo emulation on iPhones by creating a NintendiPhone? That would be really interesting.

Another useless feature but still after 14 years of iPhone we can’t place apps freely on home screen, why forced auto arrangement???
